    3. In-Store: Come visit us in person at our store located at 305 N Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201, Tuesdays - Fridays 10am -5pm & Sundays 12pm - 4pm. You'll be able to experience our products firsthand and get personalized assistance from our team.

  • Our handmade vases from Mexico are truly special. Many of them are one-of-a-kind pieces or part of a limited collection, crafted with care by talented artisans. Because of the delicate nature and unique value of these vases, we’ve decided to make them available for in-store pickup only at this time.

    As a small business, we’re committed to ensuring that every piece reaches you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, shipping such fragile items poses a high risk of damage in transit, and we want to avoid the disappointment that can come with receiving a broken or damaged vase.

    Rest assured, we’re working hard on a system to safely ship our beautiful vases in the future. As soon as we’ve perfected the process, we’ll let you know so you can enjoy these pieces from the comfort of your home.

    In the meantime, we truly appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to grow and improve our offerings!

  • We currently offer shipping within the contiguous 48 states (yes, that means D.C., too).

    Delivery fees vary based on your zip code and order total. Shipping costs are determined by the items in your order, the delivery destination, and the selected delivery speed.

    Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout for your convenience.

  • We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are new, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Used items will not be accepted.

    Return Options:

    • You can return items either in-store or online.

    • If returning by mail, please note that the return shipping label is the customer's responsibility.

    To Return an Item:

    • Please provide your original receipt or digital proof of purchase.

    Refund Options:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit or exchange the item.

    • Refund processing time is between 5-7 days.

    Exclusions:

    • Custom orders, sale items, and seasonal items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@thededeshop.com , use our contact page and select the option to return as a reason, or visit our store.

  • Our Downtown Baltimore shop offers our most abundant assortment with many objects exclusively available in-store. Our in-person assortment may or may not be displayed on our website. To experience everything the dede. shop has to offer, and hand select every object with the help of our team, please visit us in person Tue-Fri 10am-5pm & Sun 12pm-4pm.

    • Handmade Variations: Each item is handmade or features unique characteristics, meaning variations in texture, color, and veining are expected and celebrated. Due to the handmade nature of our products, no two pieces are alike. For example, marble veining is unique, and our pillowcases and pottery may have slight variations that add to their charm. These natural differences are part of what makes your purchase one-of-a-kind.

    • Color Disclaimer: Variations in monitors and browsers may cause colors to appear slightly different online than in person. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, but slight color differences may occur.

    • Damaged in Transit: We will gladly reimburse or offer replacements for any items that arrive damaged during transit. Please contact us promptly with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.

    For those who prefer to personally select each object, we invite you to visit our store in person for a more hands-on shopping experience.
